The petitioners have challenged the order dated 21.10.2014, passed by the learned Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 573 of 2014 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The stage of the case is not known to this Court. It would be open for the petitioners to approach

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16364 of 2015(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 the court below for necessary reliefs, in case so advised. The petitioners shall also have liberty to approach the Court below either singly or jointly with Opposite Party No. 2 for requesting the Court to send the case for mediation. In any view of the matter, the order impugned in the present petition is not fit to be interfered with. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
