2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.12381 of 2024 dt.20-08-2024 2/2 12.07.2023 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Purnea in Case No. 10/2023.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that against the aforesaid order of the District Appellate Authority, Purnea, the Municipal Corporation, Purnea has preferred an appeal before the State Appellate Authority by Token No.95/2024, which is pending adjudication by the State Appellate Authority.

4. Be that as it may, since the remedy under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 is available to the petitioner for enforcement of the order passed by the District Appellate Authority before the District Appellate Authority itself, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority under the aforesaid rules.
