The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 341, 323 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the informant got information that in the protest of Jandaha P.S.Case No.103 of 2015 with regard to murder of Kari Anjar, some villagers have blocked the road N.H.103 and made obstruction in traffic and on such information the informant alongwith other police officials came at the spot and saw that 75-78 villagers by putting wood, stones etc. have blocked the road and were making protest by burning tyres. The informant tried to persuade them but they became aggressive and started
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11130 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 raising slogan against the administration and they also started scuffling and made obstruction in discharge of government duty and also caused hurt to some police officials. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. Altogether four persons named accused in the FIR alongwith 70 to 71 persons unknown accused persons. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, XIth, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
