The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.02.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 55291 of 2016.

No fresh ground is made out on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner to enlarge him on bail. Accordingly, prayer for Anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and pray for Regular bail. The Trial Court is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40350 of 2018(2) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 directed to consider the application for bail of the petitioner on the same day.
