The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Alamnagar P.S. case no. 142 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 385, 504 and 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27,37(b) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj Madhepura. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by order dated 24.5.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no 30915 of 2018. This second anticipatory bail application has been filed on the ground that there is simple injury on the person of the injured.

This Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer of petitioner on fresh ground. The anticipatory bail is again

Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and seek regular bail which shall be considered and disposed off by the Court below, if possible on the same day, in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
