Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 332 of 2020 registered for the offences under Section 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has been transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of a co-accused Nitish Kumar. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

Case No. 332 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
