2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on secret information that four miscreants riding on two motorcycles made indiscriminate firing, a raid was conducted and while three of them managed to escape but one of them were arrested who disclosed the name of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55662 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 bail and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents out of which one antecedent is of similar nature.
