In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.22 of 2017 (G.R. No.131 of 2017), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury to the victim-lady by iron rod, who happens to be Bhabhu of the petitioner.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33308 of 2017 (2) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 for bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for bail, the Court will pass the order in accordance with law on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
