Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Kinkar Kumar, learned SC 9 appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the chain transfer as contained in Memo No.2541 dated 29.06.2024 and he is not keeping good health and he is under treatment. However, the petitioner has given instruction that he is willing to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Agricultural Department, Bihar for redressal of his grievance.
3. Considering the fact that as the petitioner is not
Patna High Court CWJC No.12102 of 2024(3) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 keeping good health and he is under treatment, I don't find to interfere with the order impugned. However, if the petitioner, so desire, may file a detailed representation before the Authority concerned, who shall dispose of the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
