It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 06.11.2017, passed in this case, this Court has been pleased to dismiss the bail application of the petitioner with some observation, however in the said order in para -4, period of custody of petitioner has wrongly been recorded as he has been in custody for about four months, whereas it should have been that petitioner has been in custody for about 16 months as he has been in custody since 27.06.2016.

In such view of the matter, let para -4 of the order dated 06.11.2017 modified to the extent that period of custody of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44924 of 2017 (4) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 the petitioner be read as petitioner has been in custody for about 16 months.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below, forthwith.
