JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant along with others were intercepted by the unknown criminals and Rs. 3,89,000/- was robbed on the point of pistol. Subsequently, Sonu Kumar and Rakesh Kumar were arrested and on their confessional statement the name of the petitioner has been surfaced. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration

No.12771 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 of prayer for regular bail let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Fulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S.
