2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, due to trivial dispute, the occurrence took place in which victim has suffered minor injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 08.06.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021.
