2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 719 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, while the informant alongwith his his nephew was going to market, in the way, the accused persons including the petitioners surrounded them. It is also alleged that during the occurrence, the co-accused persons opened fire which hit the nephew of the informant as a result of which, he

4. Learned Sr. counsel for the petitioners has submitted that no specific overt act is attributed against the petitioners. The allegation of inflicting assault is against coaccused persons.

5. On the otherhand, learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 719 of 2024 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 719 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
