JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Despite repeated calls neither the counsel for the petitioner nor the State respondent is present. On perusal, it appears the writ application filed by the petitioner for full implementation of the Bihar State Homeopathic Chikitsa Educational Institute (Binimiyan & Niyantran) Act, 1982 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.09.2011. The same was, however, later restored. As none has appeared to press the writ application, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Shyam/- U
