After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet has been filed in this case against the petitioner, in this background he is seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition. He also seeks liberty from this Court to raise his grievance under the Cr.P.C. before appropriate forum at appropriate.
