In this case the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) Police Station Case No. 736 of 2015 for offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Against the petitioner no.1, namely, Dr. Nizamuddin Ansari @ Md. Nejamuddin Mian, an allegation has been made to have caused injury by iron rod and against the petitioner no.2, namely, Abulaish Mian @ Abdulaish Mian, an allegation has been made to cause injury by knife.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11832 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Dr. Nizamuddin Ansari @ Md. Nejamuddin Mian and Abulaish Mian @ Abdulaish Mian is rejected. If the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
