2. The grievance of the petitioner is only confined to expeditious disposal of Jamaband Cancellation Case No. 41 of 2020-21 filed by the petitioner, which is pending since 2020 before the learned Additional Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that despite the pleadings of the parties having been completed, the aforenoted matter is pending since 2020 and till date, the same has not been disposed off, causing serious prejudice to the right and entitlement of the petitioner.

In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to take up the Jamaband Cancellation Case No. 41 of 2020-21 and bring to its logical conclusion preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
