2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.06.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 38284 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the father's name of the petitioner no.1 has inadvertently been typed in the petition (Cr. Misc. No. 38284 of 2019) as "Ramchandra Singh" instead of "Ram Uchit Mahto" as also the police station in relation to both the petitioners therein have been typed in the array of parties as "P.S. Dalsingsarai". Accordingly the same were carried in the order dated 27.06.2019 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. A prayer has been made for necessary modification of the order dated 27.06.2019.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, let the father's name of the petitioner no. 1 be treated as corrected to read as ""Ram

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53854 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Uchit Mahto" in place of "Ramchandra Singh" and the reference to "P.S. Dalsingsarai" in the array of parties and in paras 2 and 4 of the order dated 27.06.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 38284 of 2019 is also treated as corrected to read as "P.S.Mau".

5.The time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below by the petitioners in terms of order dated 27.06.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 38284 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
