JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-07-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8139 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.118 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender in time because he was suffering from jaundice. A certificate of the Doctor has been enclosed as Annexure-2 in support of such submission.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 30.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8139 of 2018.
