2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 84/2025 dated 07.05.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/s 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61, 111(2)(b) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on seeing police, six miscreants started fleeing away but four miscreants were apprehended and they disclosed their names as Rahul Kumar, Munna Kumar, Ritu Raj and Indramani and also disclosed the name of the persons who fled away as Rahul Kumar and Rohit
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57113 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 Kumar. On search, one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner and the co-accused persons are involved in cyber fraud.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 84/2025, with the condition ;- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57113 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 3/3 failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
7. The application stands allowed.
