The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 457, 380, 224, 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a neighbour of the informant and there was some dispute going on between the parties, as a result of which the false case has been filed regarding the petitioner entering the house of the informant for committing theft and he was caught on the spot but on the intervention of his uncle and father the petitioner escaped from there.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the father and uncle of the petitioner have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 19.04.2014 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36117 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 Cr. Misc. No.8680 of 2014.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner, Gaurav Kumar Singh alias Gaurav Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.223/2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
