2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1086 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant along with his brother was going by a motorcycle, the accused persons stopped his motorcycle and started abusing and assaulting him with iron rod and bricks. Thereafter, the petitioner snatched his golden chain of the informant and Rs. 5,000/- from the brother of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has amicably been resolved and both the parties have

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that both the parties have compromised the case, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1086 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
