The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jhajha Rail P.S. Case No. 45/2014 registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is submitted that the victim did not disclose the name of the petitioner. In Para 190 and 191 of the case diary, the witnesses stated that the petitioner was also following the victim on a motorcycle.

It appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and he is accused in cases under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner surfaced in course of investigation by the police.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not
