The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 22 of NDPS Act.

In the instant case 30 gram of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
