2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 84/2025 dated 07.05.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/ss 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61, 111(2)(b) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on seeing police, six miscreants started fleeing away but four miscreants were apprehended and they disclosed their names as Rahul Kumar, Munna Kumar (petitioner no. 1), Ritu Raj (petitioner no. 2) and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57695 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 Indramani and also disclosed the name of the persons who fled away as Rahul Kumar and Rohit Kumar. On search, one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of each of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 08.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners by submitting that the petitioners and the co-accused persons are involved in cyber fraud.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 84/2025, with the condition ;-

The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to be cancelled.
