The appellants seek regular bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No.21 of 2017 / G.R. No.281of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 188, 327, 341, 506/34 of the I.P.C., Rule 4 and 1(a) of Bihar Land Dispute Act and Section3 (1)(G) of SC/ST Act. Allegation against the appellants is of demanding rangdari from the informant in order to get possession of the land which was settled in their favour Submission of the learned counsel for the appellants is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and the land is also settled in favour of the appellants and they are getting rent receipt but in order to grab present case has been lodged against

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, the appeal is allowed. Let the appellants above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Banka, in Bounsi P.S. Case No.21 of 2017 G.R.No.281/17 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors of the appellants shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (2) The appellants will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. (3) The appellants shall co-operate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court. In the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
