The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No.18 of 2021 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 306, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that because of the property dispute, the entire family of the deceased has been made accused in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65535 of 2021(3) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No.18 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
