The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 54 of 2011 registered for the offence under Sections-406 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, prior to institution of the present case, the petitioner lodged two cases i.e. one is complaint case and another one is police case against family members of the informant but there is specific allegation against the petitioner that being LIC agent, he took the amount of the premium from the informant and did not deposit the same. The cases, lodged by the petitioner against the family members of the informant, reflect that both the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33992 of 2014 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 said cases appear to have been lodged on account of dispute of deposit of the premium of the policy.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I do not think it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 54 of 2011 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif/concerned court stands rejected.
