The petitioners seek bail in Sitamarhi (Punaura) P.S. Case No. 674 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. Even the victim did not disclose the name of the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in her kidnapping. The petitioners were arrested along with the victim and Subodh Ram. The victim did not complain any ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are co-villagers and they were coming along with Subodh Ram and they have been arrested. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5975 of 2015 (3) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Punaura) P.S. Case No. 674 of 2014.
