Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.9.2014 on the accusation that 1.5 kg ganja was recovered from his conscious possession. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that provision of NDPS Act has not been complied with in this case and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the aforesaid quantity of seized ganja as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
