JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,337,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 17.11.2015 when the informant after closing his tea shop, was going home, he saw many people gambling. It is alleged that co accused Radheshyam Choudhary, Mohan Choudhary and the petitioner abused and on the order of Radhey Shyam the petitioner assaulted with Dabia to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Two lacerated wounds have been found on the left parietal region of skull and nose. The injury report reflects that the injury was found

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12672 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 to be grievous.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Darbhanga.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
