NATH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who has submitted that limited prayer of the petitioner is to direct the learned court below for early disposal of the T.A. No. 63 of 2006/ 01 of 2014 filed by the defendant-respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, failed to point out that the petitioner has ever made any prayer before the court below for early disposal after his appearance in the appeal.
In such circumstance, this Court is not inclined to invoke its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of
Patna High Court CWJC No.14310 of 2014 dt.17-10-2016 India.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
