Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 and other sections of the I.P.C.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner demanded rangdari on the point of knife and took money from the possession of the conductor of the bus. The case of the petitioner is that he is a tea-vendor and he has got no criminal antecedent. On account of some dispute, false case has been lodged. The petitioner is in ail since 27.8.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Sikarhana at Motihari in connection with Phenhara P.S.Case No. 56 of 2014.
