Keeping in view the provisions of Rule 16 of The Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, the petitioner is left free to move appropriate application before the concerned District Appellate Authority laid for implementing orders of the District Appellate Authority or State Appellate Authority would not lie before this Court.
