2. The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 39 of 2023 from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

3. It is submitted that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with opposite party on 19.02.2018 and they have been living peacefully, but on account of certain matrimonial feud, a dispute cropped up and compelled to be separated. It is submitted that notwithstanding the aforesaid fact that the petitioner has been residing along with her parents in

Patna High Court MJC No.2659 of 2024 dt.12-12-2025 2/2 the jurisdiction of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, the Matrimonial Case No. 39 of 2023 has been filed in the court of learned Family Court, Jehanabad. Hence, the petitioner is facing extreme hardship in attending the court proceeding; thus the present application.

4. Learned Advocate for the opposite party fairly submitted that he has no objection if the Matrimonial Case shall be transferred to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

5. Having considered the fair submissions of the parties, let Matrimonial Case No. 39 of 2023 be transferred from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

6. On receipt of the record, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna shall issue fresh notice to both the parties and expedite the proceeding.
