2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii), 29 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per allegation, 3 kilograms of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that the motorcycle whereby the petitioner was travelling belonged to his wife but, as a matter of fact, the police insisted him to become the witness of seizure list and on refusal, he has falsely been implicated.

5. Considering the facts as well as the recovery of ganja from possession of the petitioner and also considering his criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.
