Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.9.2014 on the accusation that he attempted to remove pant of 8 years old girl. Investigation of this case has already been completed and according to the prosecution case, at the time of alleged occurrence, petitioner was aged about 60 years old.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
