2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed serious economical irregularities in government work.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the work has been completed by the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is the lady. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022.
