However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented. None is present also on behalf of the respondents.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of notice issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Narkatiaganj (West Champaran) vide memo no. 503 dated 11.08.2011 as well as Memo no. 596 dated 09.09.2011 (Annexure-1 series) by which the petitioner has been directed to deposit amount of balanced food grain which has been lifted under the Scheme of Sampurna Gramin Rojgar Yojna and Food for Work Yojna.
3. In several other matters involving similar issue, this Court has been informed that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Enquiry Commission headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Udai Sinha
Patna High Court CWJC No.21973 of 2011 dt.04-10-2018 (Retired) has now submitted its report and any further action in relation to recovery of the value of undistributed rice under the SGRY Scheme would abide by the decision of the State Government to be taken on the basis of such report.
4. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of.
