There is accusation against the petitioner that he alongwith other FIR named accused persons, assaulted the informant's mother and pressed her neck as a result of which, she died then and there.

The postmortem report, which is annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition, does not support the above-said accusation because no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased and the doctor could not give any opinion, regarding the cause of death of the deceased.
