The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504,506, 353 and 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons came to the police station and wanted to get released an accused, who snatched the key of motorcycle of Shodhan Kumar. It is specifically alleged that Subhash Paswan assaulted the Station Officer of Dhanarua Police Station when others made attempt to snatch the rifle and made assault to other police personnel. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4683 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 petitioner that the FIR has been lodged against 16 named and 1520 unknown. The accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case registered in course of the occurrence of the same day.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 318 of 2014.
