JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioner being working as agent of Dhanvarsha Credit Sewa Swavlambi Sahkari Samiti Limited, Lakhisarai collected money from the members of the society but the alleged society misappropriated Rs. 1,40,465/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4959 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 416 of 2014.
