The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2022 registered under Sections 30(a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the road side near Mahi River bridge. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
