JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-08-2019 After some arguments, Mr. Saroj Kumar Sharma, learned Advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to press the complaint which she has filed before the C.D.P.O., Naokothi, Begusarai against the appointment of private respondent No. 7 on the post of Aanganbari

Patna High Court CWJC No.15865 of 2019 dt.14-08-2019 2/2 Sevika at the concerned Aanganbari Centre.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. If a reminder is placed before the C.D.P.O., Naokothi, Begusarai along with a copy of this order, the complaint shall be disposed off, after affording hearing to the parties, by the concerned respondent by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within the period prescribed under the Guidelines for disposing of such representation/complaint.

4. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied with the order of the C.D.P.O., Naokothi, Begusarai, she would have the option of challenging such order before the District Programme Officer, Begusarai.

5. The petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
