The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Adapur P.S.Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that at the instigation of these petitioners, informant's daughter was tortured by her in-laws and other relatives for realization of further dowry and she was burnt to death.

Submission is that the petitioners are the married Nanad and her husband and they are living out of their home and there is no specific allegation of making any demand of dowry or torture against them.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33026 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Prem Tiwari and Pushpa Devi, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihar in connection with AdapurP.S. Case No. 18 of 2017.
