JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner claims that he has made an application before the licensing authority for grant of arms licence of DBBL gun. It is submitted that father of the petitioner was having the licence of the gun and he was also possessing the DBBL gun but, due to his old age, he wanted to transfer the same in the name of the petitioner. It is submitted that though the petitioner has filed an application in the year 2011, still no decision has been taken by the authority concerned. As a result, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohats at Sasaram to take a decision upon the application of the petitioner also considering the
