Petitioner is said to have given one farsa blow on the shoulder of the informant's father and allegedly, the aforesaid injury was found grievous in nature but admittedly, petitioner is in jail custody since 08.01.2015. It is also an admitted position that there was land dispute between the parties and one counter case has also been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub
