The matter relates to appointment of constable against the vacancies of Advertisement No. 1 of 2004 and 2 of 2004 respectively which is under challenge before this Court. Learned counsel for the State submits that selection process has already been completed much earlier and also selected persons have been appointed. Left over any vacancy has already been consumed in the succeeding selection. As the matter is very old and there is no any specific
Patna High Court CWJC No.13632 of 2013 (3) dt.08-11-2016 averment in the writ petition which requires this Court to take cognizance and pass order in favour of the petitioner.
