Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased was assaulted in front of Masjid by some named persons including unknown persons. During investigation, no material has come to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid the bail application is allowed.

Let, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65546 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
