2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8620 of 2021. In the rejection order, the trial court was directed to expedite the trial. When the bail application was filed for the second time, the Co-ordinate Bench has called for the case diary as well as victim's statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. vide order dated 04.09.2023.

3. From the statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it transpires to this Court that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of commission of crime which she has alleged in the F.I.R..

4. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected with direction to the Sessions Court to expedite the trial of the present case within 9 months. (Dr. Anshuman, J.)
